SourNSpicy Garlic Tomato Chutney. Salsa Dip.


Take red and ripe tomatoes. Make a slit diagonally. Make sure you don't cut them deep. It's just a mark to make it easy while peeling.


Now boil them for 1minute.


Quickly dip them in an ice cold water. This is done to retain the color of the tomatoes.


Start peeling off the skin.


Once peeled off will appear as below.


Now in a pan with few drops of vegetable/olive oil roast your red chillies. You can also avoid the oil and dry roast them. you can even in the microwave it for 20sec. And hotness depends on your taste.


Dry roast few garlic pods.


U'll need few mint leaves for the freshness.


Also add 1tsp of of honey.




Use your hand blender/mixer to blend them all together. I've used green chillies for more hotness. But this is entirely up to you. Also add salt to taste.



Make sure you don't over grind/blend them. and you done for super yummy Salsa Dip/Tomato Chutney.


Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves.
