Breakfast Recipe..Baked Potato with Eggs, Cheese and other Veggies.

Roughly chop all the below vegetables. You can also add other veggies like broccoli, asparagus, bell peppers, etc. Make sure that potatoes are not too big in size, as it would lead to other veggies cook much before your potatoes. 


Now, you have many options here' you either use frying pan/microwave(convection)/otg to bake/cook the above veggies. I used OTG to bake the veggies, but it's completely on the availability.


Add salt as per taste.


Sprinkle some black/white pepper powder.


Sprinkle some Oregano seasoning. You can use the left over sachets from your pizzas.


Add chilli flakes.


Add 1-2tsp of olive oil/vegetable oil/ butter.


Add square cut pieces of chicken sausages. You can also add any form of cooked meat/chicken.  This is completely option. Vegetarians can avoid this.


Stir well.


Preheat your oven for 5min at 220degrees.


And insert into a preheated oven with 220 degrees for 45 min.


After 45min. It would appear to be golden brown from the top.


For a change I've also used my frying pan and a stove from now by emptying everything into a frying pan(This is just to show people who are using pan and not oven), however you can continue using your oven. Check whether all your veggies are soft.


If yes, grate some cheese. Again this is optional.


And take some tomato ketchup.


First spread your cheese, then your ketchup and break open eggs(all on different directions) on the top of everything.


Sprinkle salt and pepper(not too much, it must be just enough for the eggs.) and cover the lid for 2-4min.


And you are ready with super yummy and creamy breakfast.
