Easy and simple egg-less sponge cake.
Take about 100gms of butter at room temperature in a large bowl.
Add 1/4th cup of caster sugar(grind Indian sugar).
Remember to sift all the powder ingredients used.
Beat the sugar and butter till it gets fluffy.
Now, you'll need 1tsp of baking soda, 2tsp of baking powder, half tsp of vanilla essence.
Mix condensed milk/milkmaid and beat for 4-5 minutes.(I've used whole tin for half kg cake.)
Add 1/4th tbsp of vanilla extract.
Add baking powder and baking soda.
Beat the mixture thoroughly.
Add half cup of all purpose flour(Maida). Remember to sift before you add.
Beat for 5-8 minutes.
Add half cup of hot milk to the mixed batter.
Mix it lightly by folding into the batter and you are done.
Coat your cake tin/pan with the melted butter.
Add the final batter into the tin.
Preheat your oven at 250 degrees for 8-10 minutes and place your tin for 50 min.
Once done insert any clean knife/toothpick. It should come out clean. Then you are done.
Let it cool and serve into pieces.
