Bread Poha(Chinese Style) with scrambled Egg on the sides.


Chop 1 onion, 3-4 garlic pods and 1 green chilli. 


In a non-stick pan add 1tsp of butter/vegetable oil.


Once the butter starts melting add chopped garlic.


After few seconds you'll start getting the aroma, then add chopped onions and green chillies.


Toss for few seconds. Don't overcook, this is to retain the crunchiness of onions.




Add 1tbsp of soya sauce.


Add 1tbsp of chilli sauce.



Add 2tbsp of tomato ketchup.


Toss for few seconds and then add 2-4tsp of water. Make sure it's not too runny. If it is turn stove on high flame and let it dry a bit.


Toss and toss


Take slices of brown bread and cut them into square pieces.


Put all the bread pieces into the sauces.


Stir well.


Add salt as per taste.


Add pinch of black pepper powder.


Stir again by combining all the ingredients properly.


Now add 1tsp of tomato ketchup and little butter for the smooth taste.


You are done. Sprinkle few slit green chillies.(Please avoid chillies if you have kids at home)



For the scrambled egg: In a frying pan with half tsp of butter/oil add salt as per taste.


Add pinch of pepper powder.




And you are done.


Serve it by putting them on the sides.
