Shallow Fried Crispy Pakoda. Crispy Onion Pakoda. Onion Bhajji.


Slice few onions as per your requirement.


Masalas all 1tsp each. Coriander, turmeric, red chilli, cummin, salt, pinch of black pepper.


Besan(gram flour) half cup.


2-3 tsp of cornflour.


In a bowl mix all the above ingredients(besan(gram flour), corn flour, masalas) with 1/4th cup of water to make it a smooth batter.


Add sliced onions into the batter.


Mix properly.


In a heavy bottom/non-stick pan add few tsp of oil(vegetable/mustard).


Flip once it starts turning brown.


Both sides must be equally crisp and brown.


Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
