Easy, Nutritious and Healthy Breakfast Recipe. Baked Eggs and Vegetables in Pasta Sauce.

Roughly chop onions, capsicum and chicken sausages. You can also add any veggies of your choice like red/yellow bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, etc.


Take your baking dish.


Break 4 eggs into it.


Add half tsp of chili flakes.


Also add half tsp of oregano seasoning.


Mix above ingredients and then all your chopped veggies and chicken.


Add 2tsp of pasta sauce. You can use any pasta sauce of your choice.





Add 1tsp of butter or olive oil.


Add salt as per your taste.


Mix it well.


Now, in a preheated oven insert your dish into with 200 degree celsius for 30minutes. Please note that you can also use your microwave oven for preparing this dish.


And you are done with delicious, easy and super healthy breakfast.



Cut just like a cake into triangle pieces. and serve with a ketchup and mustard sauce. Am sure all will love it.
