Lunch Time!! Liver Masala Recipe. Liver Dry Recipe.

Clean chicken/mutton liver(you can also mix gizzard)and  mix below ground spices/masalas and let it marinade for 20 minutes.
Masalas include 1tsp of coriander, cummin, chilli, salt and turmeric powder.

Mutton liver turns out to be much more tastier than chicken liver. However it's always your choice.


Let it settle for few minutes.



Now finely chop onions and green chillies.


I've used electric chopper but you can user your knife for chopping.


Now in a pan with 1-2tsp of oil add below spices(cummin seeds, bay leaves, small cardamom, red chilli, cinamon, etc) for tempering. You can skip the ingredients if unavailable and remember not use excess oil. 




Let the spices leave aroma and crackle.


Once the crackling starts add your chopped onions and chillies also add 1tsp of ginger-garlic paste.


After stirring for few minutes add your marinated liver mix.


Toss for few seconds and cover the lid.


After 2-3minutes remove the lid, you'll observe the oil starts separating.


You are done. Add half tsp of garam masala. and stir once or twice. And you are done.


Serve hot with chapati's or Phulkas or steamed rice. You'll love it.
