Green Mango Chutney Recipe!!

Peel raw mangoes. Quantity depends on your requirement.


Dry roast(fry below items in a pan without any oil) 1tsp each of coriander, cumin and red chillies. Put off the flame once you start feeling the aroma and turns golden brown.


You'll also need 1-2 green chillies, few mint leaves and salt.


Now, in a grinder jar put all the above ingredients.





Also add 1tsp of mustard oil and then after grinding for few seconds you'll see as below.


Add little water. Just little or according to the consistency you wish. You can add little by little.



Get ready for yummyyy mango chutney!! You can have this for weeks if kept in refrigerator in an airtight container.
