HotnSour Chicken. Chilli Chicken. Chicken Dry(Chinese style)

Take small chunks of chicken.(Bone/Boneless). Add 2 eggs, salt and 1tsp of pepper.


Mix well all the ingredients well.



Also add 2tsp of corn flour and 1tsp of maida/all purpose flour.




Mix all the ingredients properly and let it settle/marinated for at least 30min.


Now, in a non-stick pan add quarter cup of vegetable oil or enough oil to fry the marinated chicken.


Flip them on both sides to fry them well and drain excess oil from it. You can also use kitchen tissues for it. You'll observe that your chicken is crisp already.


Chop shallots/red onions, red and yellow bell pepper, capsicum into larger chunks. Keep them aside.


Take 2tsp of each. Tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, dark soya sauce and vinegar.


Also chop few green chillies, onions and garlic. You may avoid onions if already chopped.


Now, in a frying pan in a 1tsp of vegetable oil, add 1tsp of sugar and let it turn brown/caramelize then add your chopped garlic and lets it turn golden. 


Once done add your  all the other veggies. Toss them for few minutes.


 And then add all the above mentioned sauces.






It's time to add your crispy fried chicken in your prepared sauce.


Toss for few more minutes and sprinkle some sesame seeds and you are done for delicious hot and sour chicken.
