Eggless Soft and Chewy Banana Cookies Recipe with Nutemeg. Eggless Cookie Recipe.

In a bowl take about 2 tsp of butter at room temperature.


Add 2tsp of powdered sugar.


Also add 1tsp of granulated sugar.


About a pinch of salt.


And then mix all the ingredients properly.



Now add your ripe bananas  to the mixture. I am adding 4 small ones. But it's completely your choice. You can add any varieties of banana but it must be ripe and if you are using large ones, take 2 of them.


Peel them and smash them with the help of fork with the butter mixture.




Mix it well by whisking it gently.


Now add about half tsp of cooking soda to the mixture.



Add few drops of vanilla essence.



You can add grated nutmeg for that extra flavor.  You can also use cinnamon powder or both.



Mix them and then add 1 cup of all purpose flour or the maida to the mixture. Remember to sieve the flour to avoid lumps.



Gently fold the flour with the mixture. Don't mix it too much as it would end to super hard cookies.



Now grease your baking tray.


And then dust some four into it. You can also use the parchment paper.



Now it's time to place your mixture on the tray. With your ice-cream scoop start putting small amount of mixture on the tray. You can also use your spoon to do this. 




Place all your the cookie mixture on the tray.


Preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree Celsius. And insert your tray into the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.


And then after 25 minutes you are ready with golden brown, chewy and lovely banana cookies.
