Dill Leaves with Split Green gram Vegetable Recipe. Shepuchi Bhaji. Shepu with Moong Dal Vegetable Recipe.

Take 1 bunch of Dill Leaves and remove it's roots and broad stems.


Now chop off the leaves and clean it properly in a running water.


Now in a small bowl take about 2-3 tsp of split green gram also called as moong daal.


Add 1 cup of water to it and soak it for about 30 minutes.



Chop of 5-6 garlic cloves and green chillies.


Now in a pan with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil add the above chopped garlic and green chilies.


Drain off your water from moong dal or gram  and dill leaves.


Saute your chili and garlic for 2 minutes.


And then add your chopped and cleaned dill leaves.


Also add your soaked moon daal to it.


Mix all the ingredients well.


Also add 2-3tsp of water to avoid dryness.


Then add salt as per taste.


On lower flame let it cook. You can cover the lid for 2-3 minutes.


After 2 minutes when you remove the lid you'll see that the water dries up and the moong dal/gram is cooked that's when you are ready.


It tastes best with chapati or rice. HAPPY COOKING!!
