Chilli Chicken(Indian style)

                                            Steps to prepare Chilli Chicken(Indian style)

Step 1: Take 500gms of small pieces of chicken(with bone or boneless, depends on your choice).
Step 2: Wash them properly and place them in a bowl.
Step 3: Mix (1tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2tsp Corn flour, 2tsp Maida/all purpose flour, 1-2 eggs, 1tbsp black pepper powder, 2tsp tomato ketchup , 2tsp soya sauce, 2tsp chilly sauce, salt to taste) with chicken pieces in a bowl.
Step 4: In a non-stick pan, once the pan is hot fill with half cup of vegetable oil and fry the marinated chicken(few chicken pieces at a time). Once golden brown take them out in a flat dish/plate.
Step 5: In the same pan add 1tbsp of sugar. Once the sugar gets charred add5-6 pods of small chopped garlic and 5-6 green chilly and 1 sliced onions. Fry them until golden brown. You can also add your choice of vegetables like(French beans, carrots, capsicum, Red/Yellow bell peppers, etc.)
Step 6: Once everything seems to have half fried, add soya sauce, chilly sauce, white vinegar, tomato ketchup(all 2tsp) and black pepper powder. Also add 4tsp of water.
Step 7: Just after 3-4minutes add crispy fried chicken into the sauce.
Step 8: Now your chilly chicken is ready to serve!!
