Indian Style Mutton Curry, Kosha mangsho,kosha Maas, Bengali Style Mutton Curry, Mutton Recipie.

Roughly chop 5-6 onions . Clean mutton pieces and add those onions, ginger garlic paste, haldi, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, salt, garam masala, mustard oil.. meat masala should also be fine.. Marinate for half an hour after leaving in a refrigerator.

 Now in a pressure cooker add mustard oil, khada garam masala(bay leaves, lavang, badi elaichai, choti elaichi, grated numeg, cinnamon stick), bay leaves and few chillies. Let them crackle and then add the marinated mutton and fry for 10min and then add half glass of water and cover the lid. Let it cook for 10-15min.. Don't over cook it as u need to fry again.. Open the lid and put it on a high flame and keep stirring them to avoid sticking at the bottom. keep frying till the oil starts separating.. Once u see the oil separating , pour the required amount of water u need for gravy.. Add one teaspoon of garam masala and switch off the flame.. Check the meat , if it's cooked or not. If it's not yet cooked cover the lid for few minutes.. Now get ready to lick your fingers.. 😂.. Good Luck!!
