Jeera and Green Chilli Cookies Recipe in 15 minutes. Crispy Crunchy Cumin-Chilli Cookies.


In a large bowl take about 100gms of butter at room temperature and 80gms of powdered/castor sugar.



Add 5gms of salt. If you are using unsalted butter take little more salt.


Cream all the ingredients together.


Then add 3-4 tsp of plain cold or room temperature milk.


                                                              Give a good whisk.



                          Add 1 cup of maida/all purpose flour. Remember to sieve it.



                                                          Add half tsp of baking soda.






       Mix/Combine all the ingredients but do not knead it. And then add 4-5tsp of cumin/jeera.



                                                    And finely chopped green chilies.                              





                                   Combine all the ingredients well. Again do not knead it.



Combine all together. Do not knead the dough.



On your kitchen platform spread the flour.


        Roll the dough. Do not roll it too thin like your chapatis. But Just enough for the cookies.


Cut it according to the shapes of your choice. If you don't have the cutter you can  use your  hands by making rounds and then flatten it.



   It might stick at the bottom so you need to just use you knife underneath and try to take it off.


In a baking tray spread the parchment paper and all your cookies. Preheat your oven for 10minutes at 180 degree Celsius.



                                                              Prick it using Fork.



                     Now insert the tray in your oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.





                                   Your crispy and crunchy Jeera Chilli Cookies is ready.
